The recently replaced large windows are very well insulated and allow plenty of light into the apartment.
A grocery store (Spar) and a bakery (Sorger) are located right next to the apartment. With a bus stop directly opposite the building, the apartment is ideally embedded in the public transport network of the city of Graz. AVL List GmbH is also just a few steps away from the apartment and the trendy Lendplatz can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes.

Further information

Parking:
Directly in front of the building is a short-term parking zone ("Blue Zone" - here you can park for a maximum of 3 hours, it is more expensive and Saturday is not free)
But only about 200m out of town (from house number Wienerstraße 60) begins the "Green Zone" - here there is no limited parking time, it is cheaper (day ticket € 11,-) and the entire weekend (from Friday 20:00) is free of charge. You can see which zone you are in by the color of the floor markings of the parking spaces (blue = "blue zone", green = "green zone")
