Descripiton of accommodation

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds for two persons, desk and blackout curtains, a large living room with a very nice Old German nut dining table, a comfortable couch to watch TV. The Samsung Smart TV has Internet access, apps, Youtube and Netflix are installed.

The 3 bedroom family apartement is sunny with 110 m2 or 1180 sq ft, was refurbished in 2019. Special emphasis has been placed on high quality materials. The special real wood floor with floor heating system give the rooms a very comfortable feeling. In the kitchen and sanitary area grey concrete look files were used. The large windows bring a lot of natural light into the apartement. In the summer time the big terrace (12qm2) can be used and, of course the leafy, newly constructed nice and green courtyard.

Parking for your car: in 5min walking distance to Dresdner Strasse 47, next to the Billa supermarket is a parking area for 8€ per day. You can also park on the street for 2,20€/hour, please pay attention to the signs. you can buy tickets in every "traffik" (around the corner). You can park in front of the apartement but it is a short-term parking area. On public holidays and week-ends parking is for free.

The apartement near Donauinsel is located in the district Brigittenau (20th). It is a 3 min. walk to the station Traisengasse which has a direct connection to Vienna airport. The train leaves every 30 min. from 04:11 to 23:41.
