Descripiton of accommodation

This bright studio on the second floor impresses with a well-thought-out layout and a quiet, residential setting in Salzburg. It is ideally suited for a temporary business stay and comfortably accommodates two people – the double bed (160 x 200 cm) can be pulled out for extra sleeping space.

The heart of the apartment is the open living area of approximately 25 m², featuring a comfortable sofa, a dining table for up to 6 people, and a flat-screen TV with high-speed WiFi. The kitchen was newly installed at the beginning of 2024 and comes fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso, filter coffee, and a complete set of crockery and cooking utensils. A fridge-filling service is available on request.

The private bathroom includes a bathtub, WC, washbasin with mirror cabinet, and hairdryer – towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper are all provided. The spacious entrance hall features a large built-in wardrobe as well as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

The loggia offers a pleasant outdoor space with a green view. A washing machine is available in the basement, and a bicycle storage room is free to use.

Supermarkets, a drugstore and a pharmacy are all within around 7 minutes on foot. Liefering train station is approximately 5 minutes away by foot, connecting you to Salzburg's main station in about 10 minutes – or to Freilassing in Germany in just 5 minutes in the other direction. Bus lines 4 and 24 bring you to the city centre in around 15 minutes. Street parking directly in front of the building is free and unrestricted.

Or you take the train to the other direction and you are within just 5 minutes in Freilassing in Germany.
Moreover, the city centre of Salzburg can be reached by bus (Nr. 4 and 24) in around 15 minutes from the closest bus station, which is also around 5 minutes away by walking.
