The small balcony in front of the kitchen invites you to have breakfast under the open sky or to enjoy the sunset over Salzburg. Bus and S-Bahn are 1 minute walking distance from the house and you can reach all important places of Salzburg, like airport, hospital, court, fairground, Europark etc. by bus or with your own car in about 10 minutes. The motorway connection north is quickly accessible without traffic jams. Also the wonderful Salzachkai, which is often used for recreation, also by locals, is within walking distance. All cultural sights and attractions, including the Festival Halls, the Cathedral, the Carolino Augusteum Museum, the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Haus der Natur can be easily reached in a short time by car or bus. The Salzburg lakes, Mattsee, Obertrumersee, as well as the Wallersee, are also within 15 minutes by car for leisure activities. The railway station, the S-Bahn and the motorway connection Salzburg Nord are only a few minutes away, but guaranteed without noise pollution from these facilities.
