Descripiton of accommodation

Our stylish vacation bungalow near the Spital am Pyhrn ski resort was completed in 2019 and is fully equipped. It measures 82m², has 2 bedrooms and thus offers warm and friendly space. The highlight is the 27m2 sun terrace, which extends across the entire front of the house. It offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and forests of the region and is equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Ideal for relaxing while watching the sunset. The exterior is made of larch wood by the region's master carpenter, while the interior is mainly made of solid oak wood by carpenters from the region.

The two bedrooms are furnished with Austrian furniture and are very bright and modern. The beds, shelves and bedside cabinets are made of oak wood by our carpenter. The spacious living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table and a 49-inch Smart TV including Netflix. The seating area offers space for up to 6 people to enjoy dinner together with a panoramic view to the Schwarzenberg in the Spital am Pyhrn region.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has many kitchen appliances and utensils. The kitchenette consists of a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle are always at your disposal. There are also crockery and cutlery, tea towels, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Entrance with wardrobe and shelves, kitchen, dining and living area are one large room.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass wall and the basic equipment (illuminated mirror cabinet, washbasin, storage space, shelf, towel dryer, soap, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper,...). It is bright and modern.

The heating in the Mountain View Wood vacation bungalow is underfloor heating and works by means of an environmentally friendly air heat and photovoltaik that does not consume any raw materials.

In the communal garden you can use all our garden furniture (dining tables, chairs, loungers). In summer you can enjoy the sun, in winter you can build a snowman after skiing on the Wurzeralm or have a snowball fight. We have also Children's playground.

The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard is provided free of charge during the summer season (May - October). This allows you to benefit from many attractive free services and numerous discounts in the Spital am Pyhrn, Windischgarsten and Hinterstoder region. More information under "further important information". Our vacation home and our vacation apartments in Spital am Pyhrn are just a few minutes' drive from the village center, the Wurzeralm ski area and Windischgarsten.

Infrastructure

The Mountain View vacation home in Spital am Pyhrn - is located on a hill with only one neighbor, protected from view by trees and bushes. It is located between Spital am Pyhrn and Windischgarsten, approx. 3 km from both towns. The access road to the accommodation is asphalted and easily passable all year round. In winter, the snow is regularly cleared up to our home. The village of Spital am Pyhrn at the foot of the Pyhrn Pass is located approx. 3 km south of our Mountain View vacation apartments. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Pyhrn-Priel region can be found there: ADEG supermarket, Dr, a few restaurants, banks, sports store, ski rental, some service providers such as hairdresser and a tobacconist.

In Windischgarsten, 4 km north of our vacation apartments, you will find historic manor houses, some leisure facilities and bars such as Almrausch, Pepito and Monte. There is a bakery and pastry shop, , flower store, opticians, various supermarkets (Billa, Penny, Spar, Unimarkt), a schnapps distillery, banks, various service providers such as nail studios, post office and emergency services such as police, fire department, ambulance, doctors. Worth seeing are the town center of Windischgarsten, the parish church of St. Jakob and the surrounding Kalkalpen National Park. The Wurzeralm Spital am Pyhrn ski area can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, the Hinterstoder - Höss ski area is just under half an hour away!

The usual quiet hours apply in order to maintain a friendly neighborhood with the residents of the other two apartments.
