Smartly arranged, there are two private bedrooms with large double beds and plenty of storage. In one bedroom there is a small working desk.
The comfortable living room facing large windows with a view to a quiet residential street will be the favorite spot for get-togethers. It is equipped with a large sofa, a dining table, Smart-TV and DVD player.
The wooden kitchen is highly functional and provides all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to create tasty meals.
The bathroom comes with a shower, washing machine, drying rack and storage space.
The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are accessible by both bedrooms separately.

One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 30 per week.
Parking:
If you need to park your car we recommend the close-by (650m) BOE parking garage in Landstraßer Hauptstraße 99. They offer monthly parking rates at EUR 150.
Extra person:
Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90 / month.
Pets:
