Smartly arranged, there are two private bedrooms with large double beds and plenty of storage. In one bedroom there is a small working desk.
The comfortable living room facing large windows with a view to a quiet residential street will be the favorite spot for get-togethers. It is equipped with a large sofa, a single bed, a dining table and Smart-TV.
The wooden kitchen is highly functional and provides all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to create tasty meals.
The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower, washing machine and drying rack.
The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are accessible by both bedrooms separately.

High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Smart-TV (for online streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime) with international channels and a working desk create the perfect work environment for being productive and comfortable at any given time.
Towels, bed sheets and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided and will make you feel at home right away.

Cleaning:
One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 45 per week.
Parking:
We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 180.
Extra person:
For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 120 / month.
Pets:
We are happy to welcome pets as well, please note that there is a pet charge of EUR 60 /month.
