A bus stop, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops and bakeries are within walking distance. Salzburg's old town is just 2-3 km away.

Beautiful walking paths are right outside the front door. The location is also ideal for excursions and sports activities:

Please observe the quiet hours from 21:00 to 07:00 in order not to disturb the neighbors. Strict party ban.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The number of guests is limited to a maximum of 6 people.
