A rental period of several months is desired. The house is equipped with high-quality furniture, almost all from Voglauer. The four bedrooms feature premium mattresses, toppers, and beautiful bed linen (as a frequent traveler, this is of utmost importance to me). The three bathrooms are equipped with whirlpool bathtubs and massage shower cabins with a radio. Additionally, there is a sauna from Physioterm for two people and cardio fitness equipment.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. You also have access to a complimentary washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as a highchair and a crib for children.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a fireplace. There are two balconies and a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace.
