The house offers good space on two floor levels. On the entrance level there are two bedrooms with double beds and built in cupboards. A balcony in front of the bedrooms offers stunning views of the surrounding mountain panorama and the city. A third bedroom is fitted with a single bed and can also be used as a home office/ study. A spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is also on the upper floor.
The ground floor offers an open living area with a tiled stove, fully fitted, open kitchen and dining area. From the living area you have access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Furthermore there are a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a utility room with washer and dryer and a storage room on the ground level.
The chalet is situated in the city district "Hungerburg", in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the city of Innsbruck, in a beautiful garden with magnificent views to the city and mountains, close to public transport into the city centre, next to public tennis courts and the nearby station of the cable car leading up to the Nordkette which is a skiing/ hiking resort above Innsbruck.
There is free parking space for up to two cars on the property.
