Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 200 years old Biedermeier house and has about 70 m2, plus a terrace of 11 m2 with, among other plants, a palm tree.
The lovely restaurated rooms with their vaults and niches are furnished with antiques and have every modern comfort. For a pleasant room climate it has thick walls and cool stone floors in summer (when we have 35 degrees outside, we only have 25 inside!) and an underfloor heating in winter.
The central entrance leads to the terrace and the separate toilet on the left, and to the bathroom and the bedroom on the right side. Straight ahead you come to the kitchen. Doors from the kitchen or from the bedroom lead to the living room. High dome vaults in the living and the bed room give a generous feeling of space. In the living room you can use the open fire place.

In the immediate vicinity you find Viennese Coffeehouses, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, parks and of course the most important sights of the Centre of Vienna. The atmosphere of the quarter, Josefstadt, is unique: quiet and relaxation, but also a great variety of bars, cafes and theatres.... it is one of the most beautiful and human quaters of Vienna. A lot of the most important museums are only a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. Busses, trams and the subway are very close. You really do not need a car here. You can park your bicycle in front of or inside the house. There are several gyms very close and every Saturday en excellent market with organic products.

Please be respectful with the apartment and separate your waste. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Please do not make any noice on the terrace after 11 p.m..
