This tastefully furnished, modern apartment in a new building in Braunau am Inn is located in a quiet area, just about a 15-minute walk from the city center. The apartment comes with its own free parking space right in front of the building.

The approximately 85m² apartment features a private bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a spacious wardrobe and two separate compartments. There is more than enough space for those who like to travel with a lot of clothing.

The L-shaped and light-flooded kitchen invites you to cook. It is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, hand mixer, and microwave. A cozy dining area with a large table and benches, as well as a comfortable, stylish (sleeping) sofa with a TV unit, invite you to linger and relax. Does your partner snore? No problem, we understand! Our sofa can quickly and easily be converted into a bed if needed. A suitable topper and bedding are available. Peace in paradise is restored, and you can explore the surroundings relaxed and well-rested during the day.

The modern bathroom, including a washing machine, clothes dryer, and hairdryer, is ideal for longer stays and offers the comfort you are used to from home. The toilet is a special highlight. Bed linen, hand, and bath towels are provided in this apartment. For longer stays, if needed and by arrangement, the apartment can be cleaned at regular intervals (for a fee).

Several cycling, hiking, and walking trails are at the end of the path and invite you to enjoy the beautiful nature. The well-known Motorikpark is only about a 15-minute walk away and leads through the green cycling and walking paths of the city.
