• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fee of € 300.00 will be charged
• We know that children - especially toddlers - cannot always be quiet, yet we would like to ask parents to make sure that their rest periods are respected.
• Ball games are not permitted in the apartment!
• The renter and his escorts are fully liable for the damage caused to the inventory, the apartment. Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord and can usually be regulated by the private liability insurance.
• The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest or the guests.
• In certain circumstances (happens very rarely) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. This could be for example: problems with water, electricity or internet.
• In the case of a short-term loss of furnishings, public supplies or force majeure, there is no entitlement to price reduction.
• Deficiencies in the apartment are immediately notified to the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable time to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be counted.
• The apartment key is not to be passed on to outsiders.
• A loss of the key is to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.
• In case of early departure no refund will be made.
