Broadband WLAN is available in all rooms, the living room comes with a smart TV including cable TV and Netflix. Free Parking in the backyard most of the time possible (no dedicated parking slot, but no problem most of the time, but no guarantee. Plenty of parking space available on the street in front of the building but subject to charge from Mo-Fr 9-19 o’clock). The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator.
