In the event of damage, the landlord must be contacted immediately.
For safety reasons, no open flames, candles are permitted in the entire living area.
All guests must be named at the time of reservation and no additional guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Shared use of the garden and barbecue area is not part of the lease, but is possible after consultation with the landlord.
You are asked to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as when you received it. This applies in particular to the kitchen, the cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, stove and oven.
Proper waste separation in accordance with legislation is mandatory and a major concern for us personally.
