Brushed natural larch wood floors contribute to your well-being, as do a bathroom with morning sun (when the sun wants it) and a modern, functional kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and an oven with steam cooking function.

If you want to do something good for your health, you can use the sauna, which is located directly in the flat, free of charge. The Treppelweg path along the Alterbach is available for walks or cycling. You can reach the city centre, for example, in approx. 20 minutes by bike.

The bus will take you to the train station or the city centre in just approx. 2 minutes on foot. A well-stocked grocery store is also just a approx. 2-minute walk away. The Europark shopping centre or the airport are approx. 15 minutes away by car via the Salzburg-Nord motorway junction.
