Descripiton of accommodation

We lived here ourselves for many years as a family of four, so we have furnished the apartment to be very child-friendly and cozy. There is a quiet master bedroom facing the courtyard and a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a built-in play area, with a fold-out mattress that can also be used to set up a third bed in the children's room. The living area has a large kitchenette with plenty of storage space, an oven, an induction stove, and a built-in microwave. There is also a workspace integrated into the kitchen. The bedroom has two narrow closets and a large 2 x 2.36 m PAX closet in the entrance hall. We live in the same district and are happy to be your point of contact if you have any requests regarding the furnishings or if we can help with any questions about the neighborhood.

The apartment is ideally connected by two subway lines (U4 & U6) and several trams (37/38/D). All shops for daily needs are within walking distance, the nearest supermarkets are 2 minutes away, and Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof station is a 10-minute walk away (the supermarket and drugstore there are open 7 days a week).

Further information

The pictures show the apartment as it is now, with us living there. However, we will be moving out soon and, of course, personal items will be removed for the rental, leaving enough space for your own belongings.
