You can expect a very centrally located apartment with very floor plan on the first floor of a charming old Viennese building in the 2nd district of Vienna. The apartment is quiet while looking onto a green alley. At the same time having perfect connections to underground lines and bus lines, all just a couple of minutes away.
Within walking distance of UNO City, Vienna University of Economics (WU), Vienna Fair (Wiener Messe) and the Center. In 35’ with the fast train from the airport, in 20’ by taxi. There is a direct line (U1) from Vienna Main Train Station to the apartment.
The interior of the apartment is nicely done with lovely little details; for the cold winter days there is not only a central heating but also a wood fireplace.
In case needed, a large working desk for home office can be installed.
