This flat lies on the second floor of a quite appartement-building. It offers two bedrooms (beds: 1,40m and 1,60m width) with cupboards; one has an office desk. It has a speparate toilet and bathroom (with shower and washing machine). The biggest room holds the fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four and a cosy sofa. There are two balconies: one overlooks the courtyard, the other one Griesplatz.

Infrastructure

Stop "Griesplatz" with various local and cross country lines.

The Griesplatz ist at the heart of Graz' multicultural area; there are supermarkets as well as a pharmacy in direct proximity of the flat. A Thai Restaurant ("Easy Asia") is only 3 min away; "Der Steirer", which offers Styrian traditional food in great quality just 9 mins. "Omas Teekanne" ist a very sweet cafè which you can reach in 8 mins.
Local and regional busses stop right at Griesplatz. The citcentre with loads of nice bars, restaurants, museums and other attractions such as Kunsthaus is just a 10 min. walk away. To walk to the city centre it is best to use Griesgasse, or to cross the Mur river an walk through Augartenpark. The park is an recreational area and offers a playground, sports facilities, grassed areas and access to the Mur cycle path.
