As you step through the entrance, a delightful journey unfolds. Traverse the hallway, passing by the bedroom and bathroom doors, and enter the elegant living room. The triple-glazed windows offer picturesque views of the verdant beer garden and the meticulously restored "Ottakring tobacco factory," a designated industrial marvel dating back to 1893. The kitchenette, replete with a stove, spacious refrigerator, petite dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and ample crockery, opens up to the rear. A comfortable sofa seamlessly transforms into a bed (1.40 x 1.90), complemented by bed linens and towels neatly tucked away in an antique chest of drawers. The dining area, featuring a vintage table and old Viennese wicker chairs, easily expands to accommodate four with the addition of a leather chair and a Thonet chair from the bedroom.

Discover a clever spatial solution in the cozy bedroom, where a vintage basket bed (1.80 x 2m) beckons. Stylish glass doors allow separate access from the hallway to each side of the bed. A small table serves dual purposes – a charming makeup area and a convenient workstation. The antique wardrobe graces the window side, revealing a glimpse of a quiet, secluded backyard. Adjacent, a petite modern bathroom and a niche housing a washing machine.
