The house offers a perfect home for a family or for people who love peace and a fantastic view of the sunset due to the generously divided rooms and spaces. You can swim wonderfully in the nearby lakes in summer or toboggan or cross-country ski directly in front of the house in winter. There is a night cross-country ski trail in the village.
The focal point is the first floor with its open-plan layout.
Due to its secluded location, the house offers opportunities to make music without disturbing anyone.
A highlight is the 70 m2 west terrace, which invites you to barbecue or relax with a view of the village and the sunset.

The 4 bedrooms offer space for up to 6 people. Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, which invites you to relax. Here you will also find the washing machine. The open dining room-kitchen-living room area is the centre of the house!
Practical is also the storage room in combination with the possibility to hang up the laundry or for ironing and storage.

The 50 m2 garage offers space for the whole car pool! There is also a high-voltage socket available. This can be used for electric cars for an additional fee.

Further information

There is a wooden staircase from the living room up to the attic, which leads to our personal belongings. This room in the attic including the use of the wooden staircase - also for safety reasons - cannot be used and is therefore not rented out. Equally, the locked wood-burning stove is not working, but the gas heating provides sufficient warmth!
