The apartment has 2 floors, the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, as well as a work facility. A bathroom with bathtub as well as washing machine and dryer are next to the bedrooms. There is also a toilet in the bathroom. On the lower floor there is the entrance area, cloakroom and storage room. Then you come to the living room with a wonderful view over Vienna and right next to it is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, etc. Next to the cloakroom is a small second bathroom with toilet and shower.
