The apartment includes a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and everything you need for everyday living. The living room features a sofa bed, TV with satellite channels and a desk, making it suitable for both relaxing and working from home.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in, barrier-free shower and toilet. The bedroom offers one double bed, one single bed, a wardrobe and a mirror. The hallway includes a coat rack and chest of drawers.

There is also a separate storage room/pantry for non-perishable food, waste separation and cleaning supplies.

A private, cosy terrace with table and chairs provides a pleasant outdoor space to relax.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area while still offering excellent transport connections. Salzburg city can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes, while the Trumer Lakes and the wider Salzburg Lake District are only a short drive away.
