A separate storage room and a separate toilet with electric fan are also available. The corridor connects all the rooms.

The spacious living room is equipped with a couch, desk and cupboards.

Linz Hörsching Airport (LNZ) is 30km away. A car or taxi is required.

Linz main station can be reached by bus in 35 minutes and by car in 20 minutes.

The apartment is very centrally located and the supermarket, bus stop, inns and doctor with pharmacy can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
A few minutes' walk to the west is the idyllic Rodltal with the monumental Jahresstiege and a view of the Lichtenhag ruins. The Rodltal invites you to take relaxing walks. The surrounding field and hiking trails can also be used for running or biking. On a clear day, the south-facing slopes offer a view over the central area of Upper Austria with a breathtaking panorama stretching as far as the Alps.

It is a residential building with young families and pensioners, which is why we ask for consideration. Parties are strictly prohibited. Entering with shoes is only permitted in the anteroom, as the apartment is equipped with wooden floors.
All items in the apartment may be used appropriately and are to be left in the apartment in an orderly condition.
