This fully equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor offers everything needed for a comfortable temporary stay – thoughtfully furnished and ready to move in.

A small entrance hall leads into a well-appointed kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. All cookware, glasses, and tableware are included. The spacious living room with TV provides a relaxing space after a long working day. The separate bedroom features a large wardrobe – particularly convenient for extended stays. The bathroom and toilet are separate; the bathroom itself stands out with a generous rain shower and a towel warmer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Day-to-day practicalities are well covered: a private washing machine and dryer are available, along with cleaning supplies and essential toiletries. WiFi is of course included.

The location in Vienna's 20th district offers excellent connectivity: the Danube Island is roughly a 5-minute walk away, and both the U6 metro line and the S45 suburban rail are also within easy walking distance. The city center is just around 10 minutes away by tram. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Pets may be considered upon request. Paid short-term parking is available in the surrounding area.
