House rules

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in communal areas (e.g. corridors).
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.

4. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

5. booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses.
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
