The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and features the classic charm of a Viennese period apartment: high ceilings, large double casement windows and a very pleasant living atmosphere. Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is bright and filled with natural light. A beautiful tree directly in front of the windows creates a friendly and calm atmosphere.

Despite its convenient location, there is no need to worry about street noise. The apartment is located around 50 metres away from the main road, and the windows are well insulated. This means the apartment combines central accessibility with pleasant residential quietness.
