Descripiton of accommodation

Although located in the ground floor, the apartment is sufficiently elevated above the street. It is not possible to look inside the apartment from the sidewalk. The apartment was just fully renovated and is elegantly furnished. It is in impeccable condition. It has plenty of storage space thanks to two large cupboards and one stylish wardrobe.
The kitchen is brand new - Siemens and Neff appliances. There is a very comfortable Skandinavia sofa bed (brand Bolia). You can unfold the Sofa in one easy movement and have a full-length mattress with the same comfort as a normal bed.
Windows are either totally renovated or new, depending on location. This improves insulation. Ceilings have been lowered with plaster of Paris to munt spotlights, but also improve heating conditions during winter.

Heating is electric and there is a new 80l water boiler that is sufficient for the needs of 4 people. High speed internet (download speed 600 MB/s) is available and can be connected to the Smart TV, which is new, and wall mounted.

Washing and drying machines are available in a dry room underground. Cellar is also available.
