These house rules are part of every booking. By making your reservation, you acknowledge the following provisions and agree to comply with them.
1 | General
• The apartment may only be used for residential purposes by the persons named in the booking.
• Any form of commercial activity, unauthorized subletting, or events is prohibited.
2 | Check-in / Check-out
Procedure Time Notes
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Please confirm your desired arrival time 24 hours in advance.
Check-out by 10:00 AM. Leave the keys as discussed. Late departures may incur additional charges.
3 | Quiet Times & Consideration
• - Nighttime quiet: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM in accordance with Section 14 (1) of the Styrian State Security Act.
• - TV/audio at room volume. Loud telephone calls or playing music outside of quiet times are prohibited.
• - The hallway, stairwell, and courtyard are not designated as lounge or storage areas.
4 | Visitors & Parties
• - Max. 2 additional day guests; overnight stays only with written permission.
• - No parties, bachelor parties, or similar – otherwise, the community and insurance coverage are at risk.
5 | Smoking & Open Fires
• - Non-smoking apartment! Smoking only outside the building.
• - Candles and scented lamps only in fireproof containers and under supervision.
6 | Pets
• - Pets only with the prior consent of the landlord; surcharge and increased final cleaning fee possible.
• - Animals are not allowed to sleep on furniture; damage must be reported immediately.
7 | Waste Separation & Cleanliness
• - Please dispose of separately according to residual waste | organic waste | paper | yellow bag/plastic | glass.
• - Before check-out: Empty the refrigerator, clean the dishes, and remove any heavy dirt.
8 | Kitchen & Appliances
• - Use appliances according to the operating instructions; never leave the stove unattended.
• - Only run the dishwasher when it is fully loaded (to save energy).
9 | Heating, Ventilation, Energy
• - Do not block radiators; ventilate briefly instead of constantly tilting the door (to prevent mold).
• - Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
10 | Inventory & Damage
• - Check the complete inventory according to the handover report; report missing or damaged items immediately.
• - Damage will be charged at replacement value.
11 | Internet Use
• - Wi-Fi access is only available to booking guests; illegal downloads, unlicensed streaming, and hacking are prohibited.
• - In the event of a violation, the tenant is liable for any resulting third-party claims.
12 | Liability
• - The owner is not liable for the tenant's valuables.
• - The tenant remains responsible for insurance coverage (travel/liability insurance recommended).
13 | Departure Checklist
• Garbage disposed of & refrigerator empty?
• Dishwasher emptied, stove off?
• Windows closed, heating on frost protection?
• Personal belongings taken with you?
• Key deposited as agreed?
