The apartment is on the ground floor of a child-friendly housing estate and ideally offers 2 people enough opportunity to feel at home.

The east-facing living room has a generous window front and offers access to the furnished terrace and private garden. Parquet floors, solid wood furniture and a comfortable sofa create a feel-good atmosphere. WiFi is installed and can be used on fair-use pricipe. The modern kitchen is bright, inviting and fully equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, micro-grill oven, all crockery and utensils, as well as a coffee machine and kettle.

The bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe is also on the east side and looks out over the garden. In the large en-suite bathroom you can choose between a corner bath or shower - all towels are already provided here. The toilet is separate and can be accessed from the anteroom.

Of course, all windows and patio doors are secured by electric external blinds.
There is sufficient storage space in two hallways, a washer-dryer and a storage shelf and various useful utensils such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, drying racks, etc ... are located in the storage room.
