Descripiton of accommodation

This beautiful and cozy, light-filled, tastefully furnished apartment is located in the cottage area of the 18th district of Vienna, one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods. The tram takes you directly to the Ring – the city center – in just a few minutes. Türkenschanzpark, one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna, is right down the one-way street, and many other parks and playgrounds can be found in the area. The popular Kutschkermarkt, an open-air market, is also nearby as well as a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building set back from the street, down a gated driveway. There are multiple trams and buses in the area, and the U6 underground line is a few blocks away. The Vienna Woods can be reached on a short bus ride.

Recently renovated in 2021 with beautiful oak floors, a new kitchen and new bathroom, the flat was only lived in for brief periods as a personal holiday space. It consists of a living room/kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils: dishwasher, cookware, glasses, microwave, kettle, and more.

The main bedroom is fitted with a 160x200cm bed. The second bedroom has a day bed that pulls out to a 160x200cm bed with two separate mattresses. The living room sofa can also be folded down to form a single bed.

For warm summer days, there is a powerful air conditioner that also reaches into the bedrooms. Next to the living room, there's a beautiful balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens and greenery.
