The apartment is a gem and is located on the quiet second floor of a recently renovated Wilhelminian style building in Vienna's second district. It is located in a quiet, tree-lined one-way street - you look directly into the garden!

All daily needs (e.g. Billa) can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can numerous transport connections (Praterstern; U1/U2), which take you to Stephansplatz in just three stations. The famous Vorgartenmarkt is just around the corner and provides you with fresh and bio products from the region.

Located directly between the local recreation areas of the Prater and the Danube, the two major leisure paradises in the city of Vienna, you can enjoy the numerous popular restaurants, go cycling, jogging or walking. The WU (business university), the trade fair and the Sigmund Freud University are within walking distance. To the west, the office park around Lasalle-Straße with e.g. the headquarters of SAP, A1 etc. can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment was purchased in 2021 and completely renovated. It is bright and super quite in the second floor of the lift, towards the Garden.
The Ybbsstraße is a purely residential street, very quiet and, as one of the few avenues in Vienna with old trees, very green.
