Located on the second floor, the apartment features one separate bedroom and one shared bedroom, accommodating up to three people. A private bathroom with toilet and a private entrance ensure a high level of comfort and independence.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of glasses and tableware. A private washing machine, iron with ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are all available, making day-to-day life straightforward and self-sufficient. Bed linen and towels are provided, and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are included. Fridge filling can be arranged on request.

A dedicated desk and workspace make the apartment well suited for those working remotely or on assignment. A bicycle storage room in the building is available free of charge, and shared garden access offers a welcome outdoor retreat.
