Descripiton of accommodation

The spacious vacation apartment in the Pyhrn - Priel region is ideally located in Oberweng between Spital am Pyhrn and Windischgarsten. You can enjoy the 360° panoramic view of the mountains and forests of the Alpine region. With an area of 84m², the private vacation apartment is suitable for an occupancy of 2 to 5 people. A maximum occupancy of 6 people is possible due to sofa beds. The recommended lower occupancy is of course more comfortable. The vacation accommodation is located on the raised first floor and offers direct access to the well-tended garden. Heating is provided by an environmentally-friendly photovoltaik and heat pump system uses no raw materials.

The master bedroom has a large double bed (160x200), a new wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps. The small bedroom can be ideally booked as a children's room for family vacations. It has a bunk bed, a small wardrobe, a bedside cabinet with lamp, a shelf and a radio. You will also find some children's books in it.

The living room is bright and friendly. There is a flat-screen SMART TV with Netflix, a DVD player, a table, a stereo system, a glass cabinet and a box with children's toys. The pull-out sofa (160x200) can be used as a bed for two people.

The balcony offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the Spital am Pyhrn - Edlbach region both during your summer vacation in Spital am Pyhrn and your winter vacation in Wurzeralm.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a washbasin, a mirror and a washing machine. The separate toilet is right next to the bathroom.

The kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. There is a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster ... There is also a microwave, crockery and cutlery, towels, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The large dining table offers space for the whole family. You are welcome to use our garden furniture including sun loungers and enjoy your coffee or tea on the terrace at sunset.

Infrastructure

The vacation home in Oberweng/Spital am Pyhrn - is located on a hill with only one neighbor, protected from view by trees and bushes. It is situated between Spital am Pyhrn and Windischgarsten, approx. 3-4km from both villages. The access road to the accommodation is asphalted and easily passable all year round. In winter, the snow is regularly cleared up to our Mountain View vacation home. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Pyhrn-Priel region can be found in Spital am Pyhrn: ADEG supermarket, general practitioner with medicine cabinet, a few restaurants, banks, sports stores, ski rental, various service providers such as hairdresser... Go for a cake or an ice cream to the traditional Kemetmüller bakery and confectionery or in the new ArtCafe before setting off to see the sights. The collegiate church "Dom am Pyhrn" is well worth a visit.

In Windischgarsten, 4 km north of our vacation apartments, you will find historic manor houses, many leisure facilities and bars for nightlife such as Almrausch, Pepito and Monte. There is a bakery and pastry shop, flower store, opticians, various supermarkets (Billa, Penny, Spar, Unimarkt), a schnapps distillery, banks, various service providers such as nail studios, post office and emergency services such as police, fire department, ambulance, doctors. Worth seeing are the town center of Windischgarsten, the parish church of St. Jakob and the surrounding Kalkalpen National Park. The Wurzeralm Spital am Pyhrn ski area can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, the Hinterstoder - Höss ski area is just under half an hour away!
