House rules

The house is only available for long-term rental in the winter months of November, December, January, February and March.
In summer and spring it is rented out as a holiday home via our website (weekly).
Animals and parties are not allowed.
Overnight visits must be registered with us.
Shoes must be taken off before entering the house. Street shoes are strictly prohibited in the house, especially on the upper floors.
