The house is in Fürstenbrunn, right on the outskirts of Salzburg city, in a quiet dead-end street. It has three floors: on ground floor is the living room with open kitchen a toilet and the terrace. On first floor there are two bedrooms (one with twin bed, one with single), one room for home office, the newly renovated bathroom, one toilet and one storage room. On second floor is a huge attic with one double bed.

The house is easy to reach by public and private transport. The bus station is right behind the next house, on weekdays the bus Linie 21 goes four times per hour. By car it takes 15 to 20 minutes to town, the next highway exit is 6 km away. The airport is 5 km away. There are a small grocery store and a bakery around the corner. The mountain starts 200 m from the house, it is ideal for hiking. There are numerous bikepaths that go through Fürstenbrunn, one of them along the Glan, a creek, into town, it takes approx. 30 minutes.

I like dogs, but not in my house: no pets, sorry.
