House in nature vicinity near Vienna

Our house was converted to completely environmentally friendly geothermal energy in 2026 and, together with our photovoltaic system, is thus an eco-friendly and absolutely safe heating and hot water operation. The large and bright living room has double doors leading to a long south-facing balcony, a dining area with a magnificent view over the green hills of the Vienna Woods, a cozy tiled stove, a piano, and a seating area. The house is situated on a slope, and therefore there is a ground-level north-facing exit from the living room to a small shady terrace and further to the back garden. This is enclosed by hedges and protected from the wind. On the same floor as the living room, there is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a large north-facing bedroom. Right in the middle of the house are the stairs leading to the upper floor. There is a central room there with two west-facing dormer windows.At the end of the dead end begins a very large forest area, on whose forest roads one can hike for hours without encountering anyone. The house has some steps, parts of the front garden are not fenced, making it unsafe for small children to move around the property without supervision.
