The termination of the rental agreement is possible for us if the implementation is significantly impaired, impeded or endangered by force majeure (eg by natural disasters, fire, but also unforeseeable and not immediately remediable problems with the accommodation, etc.). Liability

The booked accommodation is prepared for the indicated number of persons (bed linen and towels). The towels are only for the
use in the accommodation. If they are used for other purposes, such as excursions or visits to the beach,
we are entitled to demand compensation. The entire equipment of the accommodation is the unrestricted property of the landlord.
For the time of the rent this can be used accordingly. In case of loss or theft the tenant has to pay for the missing item, in the
the amount of the original price plus 10% compensation for expenses.
We do not accept any liability for accidents in the outdoor and terrace areas, or in case of loss or theft.
The accommodation is to be left tidy. We will do the final cleaning. If there is more dirt than usual, we can charge you an additional cleaning fee of EUR 40.00 per hour. Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed! If we find that smoking has occurred in the apartment after all, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 40.00 per hour. This includes extensive airing as well as additional cleaning of decoration and furniture fabrics. If even a subsequent rental does not come about as a result of the smoke - smell, we will have to take recourse against you for this.
If there is any damage to the accommodation or furnishings, we must be informed immediately. If the cause is the fault of the tenant
