To ensure all guests feel comfortable and to maintain the quality of the house, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. General Conduct

Please do not enter the living area and the wooden terrace with outdoor shoes.

Report any damage or defects immediately so we can address them promptly.

No parties or loud gatherings – please respect quiet hours (from 10 p.m.).

2. Smoking & Open Fire

Smoking is not permitted.

No open fire in the garden (e.g. campfire). Barbecuing is possible upon prior agreement.

3. Pets

Pets upon request.

4. Garden, Terrace & Garden Shed

The garden, terrace, and garden shed may be used.

The garden shed can serve as a retreat or meditation space – please treat this room with respect. Thank you.

5. Heating & Ventilation

Please heat consciously (heat pump & Swedish wood-burning stove) and ventilate the rooms regularly.

The wood-burning stove may only be used with the firewood provided.

6. Waste Separation & Cleaning

Please follow local waste separation rules (paper, plastic, residual waste, organic waste).

Regular cleaning during your stay is expected. Once a month, a mandatory basic cleaning and maintenance will take place (€70). The date will be announced in advance.

When using the washing machine, a descaling agent must be added with every wash cycle.

7. Garage & Storage

The garage may be used for storage – please do not store flammable or strongly smelling substances.

Garden tools such as trimmer, hose, rake, shovel, wheelbarrow may be used for garden work.

Other garden tools or power tools stored in the CC cart (e.g. drill, saw, power screwdriver) may only be used upon prior agreement.

Personal belongings should be insured – we do not assume liability.

8. Furniture and Walls

Furniture may not be rearranged.

No nails, screws, or similar may be driven into the walls.

9. Departure

Please leave the house broom-clean, dispose of waste, and wash the dishes.

Take all personal belongings with you.
