The friendly and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The rooms face inner courtyards, ensuring there is no traffic noise. The rooms are spacious, each offering ample storage space. The bathroom features a shower and a bidet, with the toilet situated in a separate room. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sofa bed. The rooms are walk-through rooms but are separated by doors. Additionally, there is an office or children's room, depending on the tenant's needs.
