We are renting out our 35 m2 cozy, renovated apartment next to the Central Railway Station. The apartment is in the middle of a pedestrian zone, in the inner yard. The Entrance to the underground station in 30m. 3 stations the city center.

The apartment is designed with heart, I personally was involved in details and wanted to make it very welcoming. My little son will be living there once and I wanted to create there warm atmosphere and aura.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas.
Adjacent to the living area, the compact yet functional kitchen is fully equipped.
My studio is an ideal choice for singles or couples seeking a stylish and low-maintenance living space
