The apartment is designed with heart, I personally was involved in details and wanted to make it very welcoming. My little son will be living there once and I wanted to create there warm atmosphere and aura.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas.
Adjacent to the living area, the compact yet functional kitchen is fully equipped.
My studio is an ideal choice for singles or couples seeking a stylish and low-maintenance living space

The monthly rental price includes a bi-weekly cleaning service of kitchen and bathroom.

We are renting out our 35 m2 cozy, just renovated apartment next to the Central Railway Station. The apartment is located in the middle of a pedestrian zone with huge varieties of cafes, restaurants, shopping possibilities. At the same time, it is perfectly calm and allows you to sleep deeply as windows of the apartment are looking in a quiet courtyard. The next Metro Station is only 25 meters away and it takes you 3 stations (approx. 5 min) ride to get to the inner city with the main landmarks of Vienna – St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Opera House, Hofburg Castle, etc. If you decide to walk it will take you around 30 min. On your way, you can pass (10 min walk) Belvedere Castle where the most famous Paintings of Gustav Klimt are displayed.
There is a direct connection from the airport to the Central Railway station (15 min ride). From there to the apartment it will take you around 5 min walk.
We expect our guests to respect our apartment as their own one. Please, no parties and loud Music.
