Non-smoking building and apartment. No parties allowed. Outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the apartment. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. All typical sources of noise such as TV, stereos, etc. must be kept at an acceptable level. Quiet times for the building are from 12 noon to 2pm and from 10pm to 7am.
