Little but fine

This fully furnished apartment is one of two units on the ground floor of a private house in St. Johann am Walde. At around 20 m², it offers everything needed for a comfortable and practical temporary stay – compact, functional, and well thought-out.

The combined living and sleeping area comes with a TV. A kitchenette with a coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, cooking utensils, glasses and tableware allows for easy meal preparation. The apartment is not designed for cooking as a primary daily activity. A shared washing machine and refrigerator are located in the communal entrance hallway. Fridge filling can be arranged on request.

The small, modern bathroom with shower and toilet is separated from the living area by a glass-panelled door and is for private use only. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap are all provided. An iron with ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are also available.

The apartment has its own private entrance and a dedicated parking space directly at the house. A shed in the courtyard is available free of charge for storing bicycles, motorbikes or similar. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Situated at the gateway to the Kobernaußerwald, the location offers a genuine balance between work and recreation – with hiking and cycling routes right on the doorstep.
