First Floor:
In the entrance area, there is an oak coat rack for coats and shoes. The tiled hallway leads to the three rooms, which can be used as bedrooms, offices, or children's rooms, depending on your needs. Two of the three rooms offer access to the 10-square-meter balcony. The spacious bathroom with a large shower, bathtub, wood-carved furniture, and toilet is also accessible from the hallway. A very generous built-in closet is located under the stairs to the second floor.
Second Floor:
The heart of the apartment: a 45-square-meter room with a fully equipped DAN carpenter's kitchen, including Wi-Fi kitchen appliances from renowned manufacturers, and a large kitchen unit with a wine refrigerator. The reclaimed wood bar invites you to cozy get-togethers with guests. Behind the kitchen is a shower/WC and a storage room with a sliding door. An oversized oak dining table (250 x 110 cm) with six swivel chairs forms the center of the room. The white leather couch and the 90-inch TV with JBL soundbar are available for cozy evenings watching TV.
