Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is really wonderful. South facing, and not too hot in summer, heated up within a few minutes in winter. From all windows you can see forest and greenery as far as the eye can see. Nevertheless, you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. Parking free. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine - in general there is everything you could need (except TV), a small but nice kitchen and a spacious living room with an inviting space for workouts (I'm a trainer). The loggia is cozy and invites you to chill out. It's quiet here, you can walk along the stream and the vineyards and there is also a sauna in the basement. An ideal place to feel good. I'm not quite sure when she'll be free, when I'll be traveling. But if the time is right, you will be lucky :) So just get in touch if you are genuinely interested and are a trustworthy person who has a sense of cleanliness.

There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk, the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, where there is also a pharmacy, Bipa, etc. Of course you can go to Vienna by bike, but you can also take the Sbahn to the Ubahn in Vienna in 2 stops. There was even a very nice cafe recently opened nearby.
