This apartment is located in the local recreation area of the city of Graz, with a wonderful view and right next to the forest. Perfect for all recreational athletes: mountain bikers, hikers or joggers can feel particularly at home here.
The apartment was freshly renovated at the end of 2022 and is waiting for you as a resident. The apartment has its own terrace and a garden for common use and is perfect for 1-2 people. (Small) families with children are particularly welcome. Suitable furniture such as a high chair or a cot can also be provided.
