You can reach the Metro(U3) in only 5 minutes by foot and then you need only 12 minutes to the center of Vienna.Other public transfer like tram, bus,city train (Schnellbahn) is also nearby. You can also rent an E- bike on the very close e- bike sharing point .Your own bike can be stored in a lockable place or also in your cellar

If you are interested in sports ,you will find 3 gyms close-by,but there is plenty of great outdooractivities right in front of the house.
Jogging through the historic palace garden of Schönbrunn for example or taking a walk to Wilhelminenberg with a nice view over Vienna,or other routes .

3 supermarkets are in the direct neighbourhood. In addition you will find in 10 minutes walking distance (ore one station with U3) a big local market (Meiselmarkt) ,that has butchers,greengrocers and asian supermarkets.

The construction of this house and the immidiate vicitnity were completed 8/22.The housing area is surrounded by a park full of green spaces and old trees.

The apartment is located in the 5th floor with a balcony with an view on the Kahlenberg.The apartment can be darkend by persiennes.The lighiting in the livingroom is dimmable but the lighting in the kitchenarea is perfect for a good feeling by cooking. In the bathroom there is enough place to store all your belongings. In the storeroom you will find laundryrack,ironing board ,hoover ect.The flat was furnished new in 9/22 .You will find everything you need for a nice time in Vienna
