Descripiton of accommodation

This compact apartment impresses with its high functionality and well-designed layout. Both the bedroom and living room offer access to the approximately 6 m² balcony – a pleasant spot for breakfast, meals, or working outdoors. Seating and a table are provided. The furnishings were recently replaced with light, inviting materials. The kitchen, while not new, is very well-maintained, separate, and features a dining area for two. Kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, and cleaning supplies are provided. A filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tea set, and carafes are also available. The living room includes a sofa bed, coffee table, stools, and a wall unit with a TV. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is included. The bedroom features a new double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and features a shower (80 x 80 cm), sink, mirrored cabinet (Alibert), shelves, and a washing machine. Towels and bed linens are also provided. The apartment faces northwest and is located on the first floor (accessible by elevator). A parking space in the underground garage and a large storage unit in the basement complete the living space. We would appreciate it if you would leave the apartment as you would like to find it yourself. Guests/Visitors The apartment may only be used by the number of guests booked. Additional overnight guests are only permitted with prior arrangement. Smoking The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Pets Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement.
