Our modernly furnished apartment is centrally located in a quiet alley, a 3-minute walk from the Karmelitermarkt.
The excellent transport connections and proximity to the city center make the apartment the ideal starting point for exploring the city. No matter whether alone or as a couple or on business trips!

The apartment is located on the top floor (elevator) of one of the oldest houses in Vienna and is designed like a loft. In the spacious entrance area there is a wardrobe, the washing machine and access to a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower. The room opens into an open kitchen-living room area with a compact but excellently equipped kitchen, the bedroom can be reached via a staircase. The rooms are open!
